  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All first time customers will receive a welcome gift! Every 3rd cleaning will receive 10% off! A 12 month contract will receive 3rd cleaning 10% off and last cleaning FREE!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

To make sure that we have an understanding to resolve in satisfaction guaranteed, while building a trustworthy bond.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All employees must have at least 2 years experience as a professional cleaner. 1. Able to manage time effectively. 2.Math skills for measuring cleaning fluids. 3.Problem Solving 4.Health and Safety Principles 5.Ability to work both alone and in a team.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always been a person that found having a well organize spotless home will help the way we think. Now I have created a cleaning company that stands behind integrity and a staff that have the same goals. As we continue to take this journey of making a difference in other's lives with what we love to do is going to be very rewarding not only for me but you too:)

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Our company have worked with all type of customers, but one thing that I can say no matter what we treat every one with integrity, great customer service and leaving them with a smile to say can you put me on your schedule monthly, weekly, bi-weekly or at this point we have numerous of customers who like every 3 weeks.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I would have to say getting all my air bnb customers homes prepared for their guests. It is very interesting as we need to be complete with this project within 5 hours. The fun part of it is all is the each guest is happy and feel welcome with a smell that they can always remember also with clean bedding and spotless atmosphere.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are licensed, bonded and insured just as we are:)

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What exactly they need to be done and also what outcome they want to see.
