Inspiration is Contagious

Today, I thought that I would deviate from our usual posts and simply pop in to offer some words of encouragement. I find that this is the time of year that individuals have well settled into their routine and have wither reached great mile-stones within their business or may feel as if they are stuck or stagnant. I am here to assure you that regardless of which end of the spectrum that you are on that you are not alone.

In fact, the very mere fact that you set SMART goals should be applauded. I am sure that there have been many small wins along your journey between January and now. That is what I want you to focus on and to concentrate on.

Journal the following questions as we reflect on the beginning half of the year:

That is right, grab a beverage, your computer or a notebook and journal answers to the following:

1. What are three accomplishments that I have reached that I am proud of this year?

2. What are three goals that are my priority as I move into the new month/

3. What areas do I want to ensure that has more of my focus as I close this year out with a bang?

4. How can I be more efficient with my time and resources?
