Because our hoodies are made-to-order specifically for the Mack Maids community, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. > Pro Tip: Please check our Sizing Chart carefully before ordering to ensure the perfect fit!

• Standard Production: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be printed and packed before it ships via USPS.

• Peak Seasons: During holidays or special promotions, production may take up to 7 business days before being handed off to USPS.

Shipping Rates

• Flat Rate Shipping: $20 for all domestic USPS orders.

• Free Shipping: Spend over $100 and the shipping is on us!

• International: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your hoodie leaves our facility, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your USPS Tracking Number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update once the post office receives the package.

Address Accuracy

Mack Maids is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping info at checkout! If you notice a mistake, email us at [Your Email] within 2 hours of placing your order so we can catch it before it hits the mail.
