A typical price reduction is usually anywhere from $25,000 to $75,000 or more. A comprehensive home staging consultation with a written report will cost you just $250. So home staging is surely less expensive than your 1st price reduction! We have services designed to fit every budget. We can stage a few key areas of your home (mini staging), or we can stage your entire house (deluxe staging). Mack Maids Home Staging & Redesign can do as much or as little as your budget allows. To make the most of what you have, and to minimize your expenses, we will use the furniture and accessories you already own to transform your home into a true showplace. In addition, our company has a fully stocked inventory of staging props such as accessories, small furniture pieces, lamps, area rugs, pillows, framed art, end tables, silk flowers/plants, etc. that can be rented on a monthly basis for a nominal fee. There may be a few instances (especially in vacant home staging) where the homeowner may need to rent, borrow or purchase key furniture pieces. But don't worry ,we can help you with that as well.

We are willing, however, to travel limited distances beyond our main service areas. A minimal travel fee will apply.
